Warranty conditions

  1. Before picking up the goods from the warehouse of the transport company or from the courier, ALWAYS check the completeness and compliance of your order (quantity, model, size of tires or disks, tire season, presence of bolts/nuts/spacer rings, if such are included with the disks or purchased separately). All claims regarding the completeness of the order are accepted until the moment of picking up the goods from the warehouse of the transport company or from the courier.
  2. Before installing tires on rims, it is MANDATORY to try on (without screwing on with bolts/nuts) one rim on the front and rear hub (except for the case of rims of different widths, where the front and rear are not the same). Try on rims carefully so as not to damage the paintwork of the rim and before spinning the rim on the hub, visually make sure that the rim is completely adjacent to the hub and other elements of the braking system or suspension do not touch/rest against the rim! Only after you have made sure that the rim fits according to its parameters on the front and rear axles, can you begin to fit the tires.
  3. If the discs do not fit, for example, they rub/rest against the elements of the brake system or suspension, stop the fitting process and contact the Skad.in.ua online store to replace the purchased model or return the payment for the product.
  4. It is important to remember that mounting a tire on a disk deprives both of their marketable appearance and equates them to used goods, which is why mounted tires/disks cannot be returned or exchanged as new goods.
  5. You can return and exchange disks or tires purchased in the Skad.in.ua online store within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must not have mechanical damage and must not show signs of installation. For disks, it is important to keep the packaging (box) in which you received them.
  6. If the return of the goods is not related to a warranty case, the buyer pays the shipping costs.
  7. If tires or disks have lost their marketable appearance, then the warranty does not apply to them. Cases after which there may be non-warranty damage to disks and tires :
    • improper storage;
    • unprofessional installation;
    • use of tires and wheels on cars with damaged axle geometry;
    • exceeding the speed limit;
    • excess of load capacity;
    • use of tires and wheels with low or high tire pressure;
    • independent cutting of lamellas, grooves and holes for spikes, as well as mechanical intervention in the integrity of the disks.

If a warranty case occurs

Skad.in.ua provides exclusive warranty conditions. The warranty covers manufacturing defects detected upon receipt of goods at a branch of the transport company or during tire balancing. Defects detected during tire operation are accepted as a complaint after a positive decision by the technical examination. The manufacturer/importer can conduct their own or accept the result of an independent technical examination. In Ukraine, such services are provided by the authorized body in the national certification system UkrSEPRO, the state enterprise SEPROshina GTV. The examination is paid, paid by the client and costs 15% of the cost of the tire.

To obtain a technical expert opinion, you must:
  1. Fill out an application form for an independent examination of the tire, specifying why he believes that the tire probably has defects/flaws in its design, a description of the situation in which they appeared, and also indicating the cost of its acquisition;
  2. Send at your own expense the tire (without the disk) with the defects/marriage areas marked in chalk and an attached statement by any convenient transport company to the address (service type "Warehouse-Doors"): Dnepr, Boris Krotova St., 24, recipient - "SEPROshina GTV" (repaired tires are not accepted for examination);
  3. Notify SE "SEPROshina GTV" by e-mail seproshina@ukr.net when the tire was shipped, the name of the carrier and the number of the consignment note;
  4. Based on the results of the examination (on average a week), the customer is given a conclusion, which will indicate the cause of the defects. If the conclusion states that the tire is defective (a conclusion is drawn up separately for each tire), then you will be reimbursed for the cost of transportation, the cost of the examination itself (if there is a receipt for payment for services and a carrier's invoice), as well as the tire itself, or it will be replaced if it is available in stock. If the tire is not recognized as defective, then no compensation is made. It often happens that the client does not have the opportunity to wait until the examination is carried out, in this regard, Skad.in.ua, caring about its clients, helps with the purchase of an incomplete set at a minimum cost.

Return Policy

All our tires and wheels are covered by a factory warranty.

The return of goods may be due to the following reasons:

  • the product does not match the order;
  • detection of visible defects during initial inspection;
  • return without reason * .
  • *According to the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights, you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 working days from the day following the purchase, subject to the warranty conditions. We will bear all costs for the return and delivery of the new goods (except for cases of return without apparent reason).
